春日部 10/15

少年部、一般部合同で2コマ続けての稽古を行いました。

特に少年部はよく頑張りました。

前半は構え、基本動作、繋がりを意識して手を取る（取らせる）稽古、胸持ち呼吸投げを行いました。
後半は基本動作、受け身、３１の杖の稽古を行いました。

合気道は仕手の時だけが稽古ではなく、受けの時にも稽古を行います。
受けを取るときに適当に流したり、楽な受けを取ったりしていると、折角の鍛錬の機会を無駄にしてしまいます。
仕手は受けに感謝し、受けは仕手に感謝し、一緒に稽古を行う仲間に感謝して稽古に臨みましょう。

Kasukabe 10/11

Kasukabe Tuesday class (10/11)

A couple of pics of the Kasukabe Tuesday morning class members working on some 6-8 kyu techniques. Today we did all 6 kihon dosa, shomen uchi ikkajo osae ichi , ni and katate mochi shihonage ni.
 

The Tuesday members have been picking up the pace and training at the Saturday classes as well. What a difference an extra class/week can make. It hasn't even been 6 months yet and their for is really starting to come together. Note: 4 of the members are in their late 60's and early 70's.

Kasukabe 10/8

さいたま（１０／８　土曜日） in 春日部

今週はさいたま市のスポーツ施設の予約ができなかったため通常の稽古は行なえません。
本日は、ジム先生の声がけもあって春日部同好会で稽古をさせていただきました。

さいたま同好会のメンバーは、全日本演武会向けの稽古を行いました。

本番は２週間後です。まだ緊迫感がない感じがしますが、本当に時間がなくなってきました。
指導ももっと身を入れて行わなければいけませんね。

全般、演武稽古を行いました。
春日部会員は演武には参加できないので別メニューでの稽古を行いました。

杖の稽古もおもしろそうですね。
演武会が終わったらまた稽古してみましょう。

10月10日（月）は追加で稽古を行うことにしました。
大宮武道館にて１１時～１５時の時間帯で稽古を行います。

Kasukabe 10/4

September and October have been packed with events messing up the weekend Kasukabe budojo schedule. However, for the most part there hasn't been any booking problems with the Tuesday class. The pic below is before the 9:30am class - everyone thinking about whether or not they will be ready for the Autumn test...

Today we worked on all the 6 kihon dosa as well as katate mochi shihonage 1,2 and shomen uchi ikkajo osae 1,2. The students are starting to find the connection between the basics and the techniques. The movements are starting to becoming more fluent and natural.

Note: This Saturday the 8th, both kids and adults from 9:30 to 10:30 and again from 10:45 to 11:45. See you then!
