Today in Kasukabe the kids class went through all the techniques they will be doing at the upcoming Urayasu demonstration. Getting better but still need some work. Practice what you can at home. 2 weeks to go!
Today the adult class had quite a few visitors and even a couple people come out for a trial lesson.
We started with ikkajo osae . First from a hook punch type situation, then in to a basic yokomen uchi ikkajo osae 1. Next we split the group up and the brown belt and black belts worked on shomen tsuki kotegaeshi 1. Finished the class with a simple throwing technique and some back breakfall practice.
