今日は春日部同好会の今年最後の稽古となりました。

もちろん稽古内容は幼少年部・一般部共に来年の鏡開きでの演武内容です。

今年はもう春日部の稽古はありませんので、稽古できるのは鏡開きまで残り1月4日の1日だけです。家で必ず復習してくださいね！

申し込みに書いてある順番と変わっていますので、自分が出る内容をわかるようにしておいてください。

会員や保護者の皆様のおかげで、今年もこうして無事に春日部同好会を終えることができました。心から感謝申し上げます。来年も楽しく稽古ができるよう努力して参りますので、何卒ご協力の程よろしくお願いいたします。

体調や怪我等でお休みされた方、来年元気な姿でお会いできることを楽しみにしています。

新しい年が皆様にとって幸多き一年となりますよう心からお祈り申し上げます。

一年間ありがとうございました。

Early Christmas keiko in Noda

A few pics from the Aikido Meiryukan Noda and Kasukabe kids joint training and Christmas party.
 

December the 18th was the last Wednesday class for this year so we had a joint training for both the Noda Shunpukan junior and senior class as well as visitors from the Kasukabe club.

In preparation for the upcoming 1/11 Kagami biraki we spent the first hour running through demonstration practice.

Still alot of work to do on the demo, so try to make the Saturday class on the 21st, as well as the first class next year on the 4th. Check the schedule for details.

After training we split into groups and played a tonne of different games. Some old favorites as well as some new activities.

With all the recent strict test training and intense demo practice it was nice to just let loose and have some fun.

Thanks to everyone who helped out and also brought along some snacks for the kids.

鏡開きの申し込みは12月15日までとなっておりますので、忘れないようお早めにご提出ください。

１４：４０〜１５：００ 片付け

春日部11/30

In Kasukabe the kids are getting ready for January 11th`s Kagami Biraki demonstration which will be held as usual at the Kasukabe Budokan from 10am to 12pm. If you haven`t yet handed in your application, please do so by Sunday the 15th.

Following the kagami biraki demo we will have our sweet bean soup party to start off the new year. Bring friends and family!

Today Rina sempai taught katate aya mochi ikkajonage. It is great to the see the kids who once couldn`t even tie their own belts now stepping up and leading the class.

Kumijo in Kasukabe

The Wednesday morning weapons class has been going well these last few months. This class is in rotation along with Inoue sensei`s senior class. Every Wednesday from 9:15 to 10:15 at the Kasukabe Budokan. *free training till 11am. Visitors always welcome!

Recenetly we have been warming up with ken soho and happo giri, followed by 31 no jo, and kumi-jo *today we worked on #5

Since the beginning of October we have also been practicing tanto soho. We are now through #6 ～#10、and will be moving onto the suwari waza of #1 ～#5 next class.

 

10/26(土)

10/26(土)の春日部同好会。いつもの時間で武道場が使用できなかったため、午後からの稽古です。午後から＆市原市の演武大会が近いため、野田・さいたま・加須からの出稽古でいつもより人数多めの稽古となりました～

途中30分は少年部と一般部の時間が重なるため、少年部・一般部・演武出場メンバーで別れての稽古です。

少年部の時間では「31の杖」を1～15まで行い、

その後、少年部一般部合同で、座り技正面打ち一ヶ条抑え(1)(2)、正面打ち肘当て呼吸投げを行いました。

一般部のみの時間では「正面打ち正面入り身投げ」を掛稽古で行い、「正面打ち二ヶ条締め」を行いました。

その間、演武会出場メンバーは演武稽古です。まだまだと思ってた演武もだんだん近づいてきました。各メンバーの住んでいるところが遠く、なかなか全員で合わせることができませんが、息を合わせて頑張りたいと思います！！

10/10(木)

10月10日(木)春日部同好会少年部の審査がありました。

9～10級2名、8級1名の3名が受験。3名ともよく頑張りました！とても良かったと思います。審査後のジム先生からの講評を忘れず次回から注意して更にレベルアップしていきましょう。

今回の審査科目は体の変更(1)(2)・臂力の養成(1)(2)の基本動作と正座法・礼法・膝行法・前方回転受け身・後方回転受け身

私も勿論合気道を始めたときは基本動作から始めました。始めたばかりのころはこの動作の意味が全然わからず、ただやっていただけだったと思います。同じ動作の繰り返しなので特に子供にとっては面白くないかもしれません。技をやる方がカッコいいし楽しいですよね。

でも基本動作は合気道をやるのにとても重要な動きです。技にも繋がってきます。審査でも基本動作を見て「この人上手な人だな～」と思うことがあります。

基本動作は合気道の基礎であり、重要な動作です。初期にしっかり身に着けることによって今後変わってきますので、しっかりと練習していきましょう！
