Kasukabe in Iwatsuki

Due to all the recent events being held at the Kasukabe Budokan today`s training was held in Iwatsuki.

We worked on the basics of pivoting movements. How to use the feet, knees and hips before swinging around the back leg.

Techniques were shomen uchi ikkajo osae ni, katate mochi nikajo osae ni (tachi,suwari). 5/29 will be back in Kasukabe but starting from 13:15.

For the kids at Kasukabe (and at all the Meiryukan clubs) it was back through all the basics since day #1 

Sometimes we get fixed on learning new techniques and forget to review things from the past. Wouldn`t that be such a waste to have put all that time and effort into learning it correctly, just to forget it after getting your new belt...
