Saturday in Kasukabe the kids got into test training. We first reviewed all the basics, then all the techniques up till now. After that, split in to groups and worked on their upcoming syllabus. Finished the class with some fun and games.
Reminder - 9/16 no Kasukabe class
We had a few visitors to the adult class. An even amount of juniors and seniors so we first paired up for all the 6 basic movements with a partner. We broke down both the shite and uke movements. Next focused on the hiriki no yosei movement by practicing katate aya mochi ikkajonage. The last 15 minutes was test training.
