第27回浦安市合気道演武大会

演武大会お疲れさまでした！！

一般初級

春日部 5月13日(土)

七十二候では、『蚯蚓出』（みみずいずる）

土砂振りでしたが、少年部、一般ともにほぼ全員参加してくれました。
別のクラスのメンバーも参加頂いて稽古を行いました

少年部
　　構え、正座法、膝行法、受け身
　　片手持ち側面入り身投げ（一）
　　
　　後方受け身を身につけましょう。側面入り身投げを稽古するためには必須です。

一般部
　　斜行法、膝行法、前方回転受け身、後方受け身
　　後方受け身おさらい
　　演武稽古
　　今回演武に参加しない方は、次の審査科目の稽古

演武稽古でタイムチェックを行いました。
技については問題ないと思いますが、少し時間をオーバーするので何度か繰り返し改善を試みて頂きました。
本番まであと一回、平日の稽古のみですが、参加者が多くなりそうな噂もあります。
息を合わせて稽古に励んでください。

少年部は手本とする先輩がいない為、目標が見えなくなっている気がします。
今回の演武にも参加者がいないのですが、イベントなどの機会を活かして他道場の少年部会員との交流を持ってもらいたいと思います。
目標にしたい先輩が見つかれば、もっと合気道を楽しめるのではないでしょうか。

Saturday Kasukabe 5/6

Today the class was split into 2 groups - the juniors did kamae, seiza-ho, suriashi and the seniors worked on kaiten dosa (pivoting movements and (zenpo kaiten ukemi (front rolls).

Overall their ukemi has improved, but the basics such as angle of the feet, hips etc still need work.





With all the new white belts around, I am hoping the blue belts starting stepping up their game so they can help out the juniors.

Today 3 of the kids who tested in March received their kyu certificates. Congratulations!
Next test is in July...

2017 - 2018 set test techniques

The new set techniques for the April 2017 - March 2018 Yoshinkan test syllabus are as follows:

Shokyu (3-1st kyu)
- mune mochi hijishime ichi
- suwari waza shomen uchi sankajo osae ni
- yokomen uchi shomen iriminage ichi

Shodan (1st dan)

- shomen tsuki kotegaeshi ichi
- katate mochi yonkajo osae ni
- suwari waza ryote mochi tenchinage ichi

Yudan (2dan and up)  
- suwari waza ryote mochi kokyuho san
- ryote mochi hijiate kokyunage ni

Kasukabe 5/2

A beautiful spring day here in Kasukabe!

With only 3 weeks until the 27th Urayasu demonstration, everyone was picking up the pace and training hard during today's class. For the Kasukabe members this will be their first big demonstration.

It will be a joint enbu with a total of 10 beginners from other Meiryukan branch dojos. Nothing fancy, just basic techniques ranging from 8th kyu to 4th kyu. Video to come!
