Congratulations 5th kyu!

Congratulations to Kasukabe dokokai`s Inoue-san on passing his 5th kyu test. Unlike most Kasukabe members, Inoue-san is busy with work and can unfortunately only make it to class once a week. However, each and every Tuesday he trains hard before heading to his day job. Persistence has paid off. A job well done!
