With the summer tests approaching we decided to first review some of the kihon. The kids class started off with the usual basics, however we thoroughly broke each thing down - kamae, seiza-ho, shikko-ho, ukemi and kihon dosa.
The adults worked on shomen uchi sankajo osae 2 - a technique we learn early, but actually is quite difficult since there are a few different movements that don`t quite relate to the 6 kihon dosa.
