4/11 Kasukabe

Tonight in the Aikido Meiryukan Kasukabe class we warmed up with some breakfall practice using the jo. Then about 10 minutes working on the 31 no jo kata.

Basic techniques were shomen uchi ikkjao osae ichi, katate mochi nikajo osae ichi - the main point for both techniques was the turning over of uke`s shoulder. We finished the class with the usual 3 or 4 rounds of jiyu-waza.
