Ushiro waza

Ushiro waza in Kasukabe last Saturday.

For some of the white belts it was their first time with behind the back techniques so we took it slow and broke down ushiro waza ryote mochi ikkajo osae ichi. Maintaining the grip, riding our weight, raising and dropping. A fairly simple looking technique, however many movements to be conscious of. The brown belts and up finished the class with a more flowing shomen iriminage. Note: This weeks class will be held in Iwatsuki.
