Last Saturday at Kasukabe only 4 students attended, 2 of which were visitors from the Noda club.
All 4 were testing so it worked out well. No distractions, full concentration.
A couple members out with injuries and the rest attending the above stated school sports festival.
Following one 6-8th kyu test, we went over the differences and similarities in the basic grips and locks of aikido.
Due to the holiday, more than half the Kasukabe members were absent. However, visitors from Kumagaya, Saitama, Nagareyama, and Noda showed up.

We warmed up with a bunch of ukemi, then into some basics.
The blue belts have just about memorized the kihon dosa renzoku. Now it is time to fine tune the movements.
The positioning of the feet, low stance and entering movement all play a big part in getting this yellow belt technique right.
For most of them it was their first shot at this waza and they nailed it! Great concentration today.
3/20(土)・3/25(木)春日部同好会の春の審査が行われました。
20日は幼少年部は9～10級2名、7級2名、4級1名の5名が受験。一般部は9～10級1名、6～8級1名、4級2名の4名が受験しました。
そして25日は少年部9～10級2名、7級2名、4級2名が受験。
みなさん練習の成果を発揮できたでしょうか？審査結果は春日部同好会全員合格！！おめでとうございます。
2/18(木)
3月に行う審査のため春日部同好会少年部メンバーが出稽古にきました。
もちろん稽古内容は審査稽古となります。
幼年部から一緒に稽古している黄色帯3人、出稽古にも積極的に参加しています。この日初めて正面打ち三ヶ条抑え(一)を行い、次の審査科目である内容は一応すべてやりました。全員次の審査受けれるかな？？？このままいいライバル関係が続くといいですね。
そして、青帯の幼年部組も頑張ってます。今回から少年部審査課目になり基本動作も入ってくるのでお家でも練習してかっこいい審査にしましょう。
2/20(土)
春日部同好会での審査は3/20(土)に決定しました！審査まであと一ヶ月です。
少年部は、まずは全員で構え・正座法・膝行法・前方回転受け身・後方回転受け身を行いました。ジム先生からそれぞれ注意点があったので、忘れないように注意しましょう。また、姿勢が悪い子が何人かいますので、背筋をしっかり伸ばしましょう。
一般部は斜行・膝行法の後、後方受け身の練習。この後に行う両手持ち天地投げ(一)で必要になってきます。受け身の練習をした後、両手持ち天地投げ(一)、正面打ち三ヶ条抑え(二)、正面打ち小手返し(二)を行いました。
この日は少年部の後、一般の時間にも少年部のメンバーが6名自主稽古で残ってました。やる気が出ていていい傾向です👍
